Applied Scrum for Project Management was focused on orienting students to Agile in the real world, and it’s base framework: Scrum.
In this course, I learned the key project management processes, roles, mechanics, and philosophies behind Scrum. This gave me the basis for
understanding Agile in its purest form, as the course explored why, who, how, and what Scrum looks like applied in the real world.
Through case studies, I learned that Agile works, who uses Agile on an industrial scale, and how to run a Scrum team for speed, innovation,
leadership, and control. I also learned Scrum team makeup, user story writing, sprint planning, execution, and retro tools.
